A Spring to Remember
From Our Vineyard to Your Glass
Dear Perri Jaye Pinot Family,
What a year it has been so far! The water table has replenished, the vines are growing beautifully, and the wines have been aging nicely. As members of the Perri Jaye family, you are part of every chapter — from the vineyard work to the moments when these bottles are opened and shared.
I always say, every bottle tells a story — and this season has given us plenty of stories to add.
Celebrating Pinot at Pigs & Pinot
One of the biggest highlights of spring (EVER) was being a featured winery at Pigs & Pinot. Sharing our Estate Pinot Noir alongside some of the best Pinot producers and incredible chefs was truly special. Our 2019 & 2021 Pinots were paired with the first course prepared by Chefs Jean-Georges & Cedric Vongerichten — an unforgettable experience. The entire weekend was a celebration of Pinot, food, friendship, and the magic that happens when passionate people gather around a table.
To have Perri Jaye Pinot Noir recognized alongside such talented producers is a wonderful reminder of why we do what we do: crafting small-lot wines through careful farming, patience, and intention.

A Big Adventure & A Little Inspiration
We recently took a trip of a lifetime (first of many we hope!), that filled our cups in more ways than one. A little time away always brings fresh perspective, new ideas, and an even deeper appreciation for the incredible place we call home.
Seeing so many new places and being amongst some magnificent ancient sites, was humbling and grounding. We were blown away by Istanbul, ruins in Ephesus & Bodrum, and the beauty of the Greek islands and Athens. We explored, learned, and enjoyed amazing food and wines from Spain, Greece, Turkey, England, and beyond.

Now, we are dreaming about the next adventure…
Bottling Days — The Hands-On Part
Spring also meant bottling season — one of my favorite (and busiest!) times of the year.
There is something magical about watching the wine make its final transition from barrel to bottle. Every bottle is still touched by hand, carrying the character of the vineyard, the vintage, and the care that went into every step. We always have a crew of stalwart volunteers, and this year was no different — except we decided a little mechanical help was allowed — after all, we're not getting any younger! It was another wonderful workday filled with laughter, followed by dinner and great conversations.
1,636 bottles hand-filled, corked, and ready for their next chapter.
Our tiny production allows me to stay connected to every detail — from vineyard to cellar to the bottle you open at home. I love you all sending photos of your family & friends enjoying Perri Jaye wines in the wild. Keep them coming! From our “One Incredible Hectare”, to tables across the country, it's amazing to see how far these bottles travel.
